Australia and the United States are our priority markets, with landed-cost delivery (duties and taxes included).

We also ship worldwide to most destinations, dispatched from our European fulfilment partners with full tracking and insurance on every order.

Express shipping is included complimentary on every order, regardless of destination — no minimum spend, no surcharge at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Australia & United States — landed cost

All duties, import taxes and local sales tax (GST in Australia) are included in the price you see at checkout. No surprise charges on delivery — what you pay is what you pay.

All other destinations — calculated on import

Your order ships duties unpaid (DDU). Local customs duties, import taxes, VAT and any brokerage fees are set by your country's customs authority and are payable by you on delivery.

These amounts vary by destination, declared value and product category — we have no visibility into them and cannot estimate them in advance. If you'd like an estimate before ordering, please check with your local customs office.

Parcels refused or abandoned due to unpaid import charges may be returned or destroyed by the carrier; original shipping and any duty pre-payments are non-refundable in that case.

Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece is dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact our team to initiate a return.
